In the end of the 90’s and early 2000’s, two titles dominate the survival-horror games: Resident Evil and Silent Hill. And like Fifa and Pro Evolution Soccer, each one had his fans... and his haters.
Resident Evil 2 outed in 1998. At that time, the graphics, the plot, the horror side of the game made it one of the best survival-horror games ever. Well, for me, the number 3, Nemesis, was stil better.
In 2019, does such a game still have its place in the stores and online shaves ? For Capcom, editor of the game, the answear is clearly “yes” ! And with good reasons because the famous game editor has remove the dust of Resident Evil 2 and placed again Leon, Claire & Chris Redfield, Ada Wong and the others characters in the front of the action.
And it seems to work. The new graphics, on the last generatio consoles, even the mobile ones, give a youhtful at a game which kept the same scenes, situations and plot than the one back in 1998.
So, the older gamers will take a crazy pleasure to come back in the famous Racoon City. The others, more younger, will have the chance to discover a brand new game... and maybe share moments with their parents !
