Soccer, volleyball, bowling, tennis, badminton and chambara (sword duels) find your favorite sports and discover brand new ones to compete with your friends. Use the Joy-Con controllers to move, hit, smash, strike and win! In addition, golf* will be added as a seventh discipline this fall via a free update. All of these sports activities can be enjoyed solo, with family or friends, in local games on the same console, or in exciting online games**. Also compete online against randomly selected opponents from around the world or down the street for a chance to dominate the pro league in each sport.Nintendo Switch Sports introduces for the first time customizable heroes called Sportsmates. During random online play sessions, players earn points, which can be redeemed in-game for rewards such as outfits, sports accessories, and equipment for their Sportsmates. New items will appear every week, so it's worth checking the offers regularly to see what's available. You'll also be able to play as your classic Mii characters, saved in your Nintendo Switch system.
 

With the Joy-Con controllers, make real physical and intuitive movements to participate in every sports activity. From spinning your bowling ball and lifting your tennis racket to kicking the ball in the penalty shootout by attaching the Joy-Con Controller to the leg strap*** (included with the game in physical format).
