SDCC 2026: The official Store, the best way to bring back home some cool creations

SDCC 2026 Official Store: Taking Comic-Con Memories Home

Comic-Con does not end when the final panel concludes. The experience continues through objects brought home: a shirt commemorating Hall H, a limited-edition pin, a Toucan souvenir or a design recalling the convention’s history. During SDCC 2026, the Official Store was therefore an essential destination for event merchandise.

During our visit to the Marriott Marquis store, we were impressed by its carefully presented apparel, accessories and collectibles. The collection, produced for Comic-Con International by All Star Outfitters, focused on the event’s mascot, identity and history. It was separate from exclusives independently sold by exhibitors such as Funko, Mattel, Hasbro, LEGO or Marvel.

Three Official SDCC 2026 Merchandise Locations

Comic-Con International operated three official merchandise locations. The main store occupied Pacific Ballrooms 23–26 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, 333 West Harbor Drive. It opened from noon to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22; from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday; and from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26.

A second location was installed at the Omni San Diego Hotel, near 628 L Street. Gallery 1 welcomed walk-up purchases, while Galleries 2 and 3 were reserved for online preorder pickup. It followed the Marriott’s opening hours. A merchandise trailer on Gull Street Lawn at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, across from the Hall H tents, remained open until 10:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and closed at 6:00 p.m. Sunday. The locations and hours were confirmed through Comic-Con International’s official merchandise information.

Apparel Inspired by Comic-Con Culture and History

Graphic T-shirts formed the heart of the collection. The I Made It to Hall H Tee turned the demanding Hall H line into a badge of honor, while NPC and Swag Bandit designs referenced fan rituals. Other graphics drew on fantasy, anime, television and heavy metal.

Other pieces explored Comic-Con’s heritage. The Retro El Cortez Hotel Tee recalled its principal 1970s home. Comic-Con moved to the Convention and Performing Arts Center in 1979, then to the San Diego Convention Center in 1991. The official history confirms the hotel’s early importance. The Toucan Through the Years Tee turned changing versions of the mascot into a visual timeline.

Limited Editions, Hoodies and Online Exclusives

The I Made It to Hall H Tee, Swag Bandit Tee and Blackout Puff Spirit Jersey were promoted as limited releases. Floating Bricks, Viking Toucan, Street Anime and Ramen designs were advertised as online exclusives and were not necessarily stocked in stores. The wider range included long-sleeve shirts, tanks, children’s apparel, hoodies, baseball jerseys, shorts, Comic-Con × WonderCon socks and hats.

Pins, Accessories and Collectible Souvenirs

Limited-edition trading pins were an important part of the collector’s range. Five themed sets were announced: Classic Logo, Cartoon, Cute, Genre and Retro Trading Pin Packs. Blind bags concealed the enclosed design, encouraging attendees to exchange duplicates while attempting to complete their collections.

Magnets, keychains, patches and stickers offered smaller souvenirs. Practical accessories included a tote, tumbler, lanyard, Toucan washi tape and several fans. Certain bag tags were reportedly limited to only 100 units, transforming an everyday object into a scarce collectible.

Exclusive Event Shirts at the Marriott Marquis

The Official Comic-Con 2026 Event Tee was distinct from the broader collection. According to Comic-Con International, it was sold exclusively at the Marriott Marquis store in Pacific Ballrooms 23–26. Visitors interested in this dated shirt therefore needed to visit the main location rather than the Omni or Hilton shops.

A separate limited-edition shirt featuring the 2026 Paramount+ Star Trek badge design was also announced as an in-person exclusive. Created for Star Trek’s 60th-anniversary celebration, its artwork showed the U.S.S. Enterprise above the San Diego Convention Center. Event information identified the Marriott Official Comic-Con Merch Shop as its exclusive point of sale.

Not every product was stocked at every location, making the Marriott the confirmed destination for both the dated Event Tee and announced Star Trek shirt.

More Than a Conventional Merchandise Store

The 2026 Souvenir Book featured anniversaries, Special Guest biographies, awards and an In Memoriam section. A separate Events Guide offered schedules, maps and planning grids, as detailed on the official publications page.

The Marriott Official Store was an attraction in its own right. El Cortez and Toucan designs celebrated Comic-Con heritage, while Hall H, NPC and Swag Bandit pieces captured today’s fan culture. For visitors seeking a tangible piece of SDCC 2026, it offered a memorable collection.
