Convention - Wondercon 2018 : We have met the Fear the Walking dead cast

The cast and producers of AMC’s hit scripted series Fear the Walking Dead were today in Wondercon Anaheim The Season four of Fear the Walking Dead premieres Sunday, April 15 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, with the long-awaited crossover with The Walking Dead. Subsequent episodes will air at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT beginning April 22. New series’ regulars Lennie James, Garret Dillahunt, Jenna Elfman and Maggie Grace, and returning cast members Kim Dickens, Colman Domingo, Alycia Debnam-Carey and Danay Garcia; along with showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg and executive producer Scott M. Gimple were present.

The #2 drama on cable, and #4 cable series overall, “Fear the Walking Dead” is executive produced by Scott M. Gimple, showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, as well as Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Gale Anne Hurd and Greg Nicotero, and produced by AMC Studios.

In season four of “Fear the Walking Dead,” we will see the world of Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) and her family through new eyes -- the eyes of Morgan Jones (Lennie James), joining the story from the world of “The Walking Dead.” The characters’ immediate past mixes with an uncertain present of struggle and discovery as they meet new friends, foes and threats. They fight for each other, against each other and against a legion of the dead to somehow build an existence against the crushing pressure of lives coming apart. There will be darkness and light; terror and grace; the heroic, mercenary, and craven, all crashing together towards a new reality for “Fear the Walking Dead.”

Synopsis:
Set initially in Los Angeles, California and then later in Mexico,the series follows a dysfunctional, blended family composed of high school guidance counselor Madison Clark, her English teacher fiancé Travis Manawa, her daughter Alicia, her drug addict son Nick, Travis's son from a previous marriage, Chris, Chris's mother Liza Ortiz, and others who join their group at the onset of the apocalypse.[They must reinvent themselves, learning new skills and adopting new attitudes in order to survive as civilization collapses around them.
