Premiere - World Premiere Los Angeles The Grove Peter Rabbit

The World Premiere of the new movie Peter Rabbit was organized today in Los Angeles at the Grove. Doug Belgrad, Executive Producer, Domhnall Gleeson, Elizabeth Debicki, James Corden, Rose Byrne, Margot Robbie, Will Gluck, Director/Writer/Producer, and Jodi Hildebrand, Executive Producer, were present at the World Premiere of Columbia Pictures’

“When I was a kid, my dad read me the Peter Rabbit books, so I always had an emotional tie to him – and when I had kids, I read the books to them,” says Will Gluck, the co-writer/director of the famous bunny’s first big screen adventure, Peter Rabbit. “The thing I love most is that Peter is a little mischief-maker. He’s depicted in a beautiful old-fashioned style, but the Trojan horse is that Peter Rabbit is a little son-of-a-gun. I thought it was a great opportunity to take that little nugget, what Beatrix Potter gave Peter, expand that personality trait and make it our own contemporary story.”

Peter Rabbit, the mischievous and adventurous hero who has captivated generations of readers, now takes on the starring role of his own irreverent, contemporary comedy with attitude. In the film, Peter's feud with Mr. McGregor (Domhnall Gleeson) escalates to greater heights than ever before as they rival for the affections of the warm-hearted animal lover who lives next door (Rose Byrne). James Corden voices the character of Peter with playful spirit and wild charm, with Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki, and Daisy Ridley performing the voice roles of the triplets, Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail.
