The Girl in the Spider's Web is an upcoming American-Swedish crime thriller film directed by Fede Álvarez and written by Steven Knight. It is based on the novel of the same name by David Lagercrantz. This film is scheduled to be released on November 9, 2018 by Columbia Pictures.

Synopsis:
Computer hacker Lisbeth Salander (Claire Foy) and journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Sverrir Gudnason) find themselves caught in a web of spies, cyber criminals and corrupt government officials.
