Max - Max: Warner Bros. Discovery announces long-awaited launch in France with a variety of offers

 In a highly anticipated announcement today, Warner Bros. Discovery unveiled details of the French introduction of Max, its new streaming platform. Scheduled for release on June 11, 2024, Max promises to revolutionize the viewing experience with a comprehensive and diverse offering that includes programs from HBO, Warner Bros., Discovery, as well as original French and international productions, and sporting events via Eurosport.

Max will launch with three subscription levels designed to meet different needs and budgets, plus an additional Sport option for sports event enthusiasts:

Max Basic with ads at €5.99/month: This entry-level formula will enable users to enjoy a selection of content with ad interruptions. It includes access on two devices simultaneously and offers Full HD resolution.

Max Standard at €9.99/month: Offering an ad-free experience, this package also includes access on two devices, with the option of downloading up to 30 pieces of content for offline viewing. Subscribers will enjoy access to TV channels such as Boomerang, Cartoon Network, and CNN International.

Max Premium at €13.99/month: The most comprehensive package for demanding users, enabling access on four devices simultaneously, with the option of viewing content in Full HD or 4K and Dolby Atmos sound. This offer includes up to 100 offline downloads and access to a wider range of TV channels.

Added Sport option for €5.00/month: Accessible with any basic package, this option is ideal for sports fans, offering full coverage of major sporting events on Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2.
