Cerermony - César 2024: Announcement of the Companies Competing for the César & Techniques 2024 Awards

Today, the Comité Industries Techniques of the Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma unveiled the list of French companies providing technical services for the cinema that will compete for the prestigious Trophée César & Techniques 2024 and the Prix de l'Innovation César & Techniques 2024.

The Trophée César & Techniques, which spotlights companies in France's film technical sector, will reward those that have distinguished themselves by their ability to mark an event, deploy an exceptional development strategy or make a notable contribution to film production over the past year. Voting will take place securely online, by secret ballot, from noon on December 28, 2023 to 7pm on January 8, 2024. Voters, made up of those eligible for the six Technical Césars, production and post-production directors of the films in contention for the César du Meilleur Film 2024, nominees for the Technical Césars of the last two years, and executives of Ficam member companies, will take part in the election under the supervision of a bailiff.

César & Techniques Innovation Award 2024

The Prix de l'Innovation César & Techniques will be awarded to a company that has demonstrated innovation in the fields of eco-responsibility and/or successfully introduced a new product, service or application contributing to the development of creation and the quality of distribution of cinematographic works. The two awards will be presented at the prestigious César & Techniques Evening, on Monday January 8, 2024, at the Pavillon Cambon Capucines. The event is organized by the Académie des César in partnership with Ficam and Groupe Audiens.
