After countless awards and over a hundred films shot around the world, Nick Cage had seen and done it all, or so he thought. While playing the role of his life on the set, his performance summons the Entity, a malevolent being with incomprehensible power. The actor soon finds himself plunged into a strange world of fog, forced to survive a host of terrifying killers, more deadly than the most scathing film critic. Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer horror video game developed by Behaviour Interactive. It was released in 2016 and is available on various platforms. The game features asymmetric 4v1 gameplay, where four players play as survivors trying to escape a deadly killer controlled by the fifth player. The survivors must repair generators to power exit doors while avoiding the killer and saving each other from the hooks. The killer's goal is to hunt down and sacrifice the survivors to an otherworldly entity. 

Dead by Daylight also includes various licensed characters from popular horror franchises, adding unique gameplay mechanics and atmospheres to the game. The game emphasizes teamwork, strategy and suspense. Since its release in 2016, the game has been the cradle of horror, having hosted legends from television, film and video games.
