Dordogne tells a poignant story, an ode to childhood memories, love and family, in the bucolic and colorful setting of southwest France. Behind this singular name for a video game, referring to one of the most beautiful regions of France, are the Bordeaux-based teams of Un Je Ne Sais Quoi, Umanimation, and the publisher Focus Entertainment. Artists from animation, cinema and video games have combined their talents to create this unique aesthetic, as sumptuous as it is delicate. A narrative and immersive experience that transports its players to the warm and peaceful setting of the Dordogne in the 1980s.

In the heart of landscapes reproduced in watercolor, young and old players discover Mimi's childhood memories, inspired by the summers that the illustrator and creator of the game, Cédric Babouche, spent in the Dordogne when he was a child: "It's a region that I personally love, of which I had memories that were perhaps idealized, but nevertheless incredible.

After a breakup and a layoff, Mimi learns the sad news of the death of Nora, her grandmother, whom she hasn't seen in many years. She decides to leave the city for the countryside to clear out the family home and take stock of her life. The 32 year old woman starts to search for her childhood memories that she has mysteriously forgotten. Mimi becomes again the little girl she was during her last visit, in the summer of 1984.

Many memories are buried in this house full of secrets! Solve puzzles and collect objects, photos and sounds to help Mimi remember them. But you will also have to leave the house and go on adventures: forest walks, climbing, kayaking and cave explorations... From the confluence of Limeuil to the famous Sarlat Market, relive Mimi's summer in the heart of the most beautiful landscapes of the Dordogne.
