Formerly a specialized educator, Anaïs took a turn and became a pastry chef for 9 years. Trained by the greatest (Cédric Grolet, Cyril Lignac, Benoit Couvrand), she created Oui Chef with her brother Julien in 2015. Today, she realizes her most dream alongside Leslie Sawicka Namer: to create her own tea room.  Anaïs and Julien are taking over the management of the place, and will breathe their soul and energy into it, by offering new healthy and natural pleasures.   Every day, the Buffet des Merveilles brunch will be offered with avocado toasts, French toast, smoothies, brownies, pancakes. While the world of pastry is known to be essentially masculine, female pastry chefs are beginning to make a place for themselves in this closed environment. Their strength: not hesitating to break the codes to create innovative and unifying concepts. Anaïs Hody, the ambassador of this new generation full of projects, is a former special education teacher who chose to reconvert to this profession-passion 9 years ago. Trained by the greatest (Cédric Grolet, Cyril Lignac, Benoit Couvrand), Anaïs then chose to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure with her older brother by founding her company Oui Chef in 2015. Since then, she has multiplied her success stories: we owe her the monthly boxes of pastries to cook at home Le Chef en Box or the certified training courses of the Hody Academy.

Two years ago, Anaïs Hody met Leslie, the founder of Sweet Bazar, during her online school in French gastronomy (CAP pastry, bakery, cooking, etc.): Anaïs' students were doing internships in Leslie's tea room. They both quickly discovered that they had a lot in common, and Anaïs was enthusiastic about the originality and quality of the Sweet Bazar project. Leslie then decided to trust her and her brother Julien to take over the management of this beautiful establishment. Anais and Julien are motivated by a strong desire to share their passion for pastry. It is their daily involvement that has allowed them to build a real relationship with their community.

Sweet Bazar is the new meeting place for all epicureans who want to experience a delicious gourmet interlude. This resolutely offbeat concept store, which delights the eyes and the taste buds, offers the perfect alliance between :
- An unusual décor in the colors of childhood
- Healthy and natural pleasures, thanks to quality ingredients, from short circuits and fair trade... which offer generous tastes and textures
- Everyone lives a Sweet experience by adding the toppings of their choice (pies, lattes, coffee, chocolate bars, waffles, ice cream...) to a gourmet base.
- Here, everything is homemade by the pastry chefs and the trainees of the Hody Academy. Ambassador of culinary carpe diem and hedonism without compromise, Sweet Bazar also offers its daily brunch "Buffet des merveilles".

We love this all-you-can-eat brunch buffet which features brownies, pancakes, cookies, avocado toasts, French toast, smoothies as well as tea time in the afternoon to enjoy wonderful pastries...
