Today, Demi Lovato released Still Alive, the first single from the Scream VI soundtrack, which she co-wrote with Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park. In the video, Demi Lovato shows up at a hotel reception surrounded by her friends and hands an invitation to the receptionist, played by Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills, who asks her if she likes horror movies. Demi Lovato is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. After appearing on the children's television series Barney & Friends (2002–2004), Lovato rose to prominence for playing Mitchie Torres in the musical television film Camp Rock (2008) and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010). The former film's soundtrack contained This Is M", Lovato's debut single and duet with Joe Jonas, which peaked at number nine on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. After signing with Hollywood Records, Lovato released her pop rock debut album, Don't Forget (2008), which debuted at number two on the U.S. Billboard 200. Its follow-up, Here We Go Again (2009), debuted at number one in the U.S., while its title track reached number 15 on the Hot 100. Her third studio album, Unbroken (2011), experimented with pop and R&B and spawned the U.S. platinum-certified single Skyscrape". She released her eponymous fourth album in 2013, which debuted at number three on the Billboard 200, and contained the top-ten international song Heart Attac". Lovato's fifth and sixth albums, Confident (2015) and Tell Me You Love Me (2017), infused soul and mature themes. She earned a Grammy Award nomination for Confident, while "Sorry Not Sorry", the lead single from Tell Me You Love Me, became her highest-charting single in the U.S., reaching number six. After a hiatus, her seventh album Dancing with the Devil... the Art of Starting Over followed in 2021, which reached number two in the U.S., and her eighth album, Holy Fvck, released in 2022.

Lovato has sold over 24 million records in the United States and has also received numerous accolades, including an MTV Video Music Award, 14 Teen Choice Awards, five People's Choice Awards, two Latin American Music Awards, a Guinness World Record, and was included on the Time 100 annual list in 2017. An activist for several social causes, Lovato's struggles with an eating disorder and substance abuse have received considerable media attention, in response to which she published the self-help memoir Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year (2013) and released the documentaries Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated (2017) and Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil (2021).

On March 10, Ghostface will strike again on the big screen in Scream VI. Directed by Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, the survivors of the Ghostface murders have decided to leave Woodsboro to begin a new chapter. Courteney Cox reprises her role as Gale Weathers for the sixth time in a row while phenomenon Jenna Ortega and her friends Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown and Mason Gooding all reprise their roles from the previous film. This sixth installment also marks the return of Hayden Panettiere, whose character of Kirby was introduced in Scream 4. While waiting to shiver with fear and cling to your seat on March 8, find Ghostface at the Musée Grévin from February 22.

Scream VI is an upcoming American slasher film directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick, with original franchise writer and creator Kevin Williamson returning as executive producer. It will be the sixth installment in the Scream film series and will be a direct sequel to Scream (2022). The film stars Courteney Cox, Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Mason Gooding, Hayden Panettiere and Jasmin Savoy Brown, who are all reprising their roles from previous installments. Dermot Mulroney, Henry Czerny, Samara Weaving and Tony Revolori were later added to the cast.

After Ghostface's final murders, four survivors leave Woodsboro for a new chapter. In Scream VI, Melissa Barrera (Sam Carpenter), Jasmin Savoy Brown (Mindy Meeks-Martin), Mason Gooding (Chad Meeks-Martin), Jenna Ortega (Tara Carpenter), Hayden Panettiere (Kirby Reed) and Courteney Cox (Gale Weathers) reprise their roles in the franchise alongside Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra and Samara Weaving.

Filming began on June 9, 2022, in Montreal, Canada, with Vanderbilt, Paul Neinstein and William Sherak acting as producers under Project X Entertainment, while Chad Villella, Cathy Konrad, Marianne Maddalena and Williamson will serve as executive producers. While in July 2022, the film was still untitled officially, production documents revealed the working title to be "Blackmore", while set photos showed Scream !! as a working title. Hayden Panettiere posed for a set photo on August 6, along with Jasmin Savoy Brown, that was picked up by various media outlets given her return to the franchise. Courteney Cox revealed she had finished filming her part as of August 14. Filming ended in late August.
