Who doesn't know Jeff Goldblum ?
A mythical American actor, made famous by such successful films as The Fly, Jurassic Park, Independence Day, The Grand Budapest Hotel and Thor: Ragnarok, he has also participated in several plays (The Pillowman, Speed the Plow, Domesticated) and television series (New York, Criminal Section, Will & Grace).
But in parallel to his acting career, Jeff Goldblum is a passionate jazz pianist with an inimitable style. He particularly likes to accompany, punctuate and converse musically with his friends and fellow musicians. That's why he recorded his 3rd album, entitled "Play well with others", which will be released on March 24th 2023. He is accompanied, as on stage, by the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, composed of John Storie on guitar, Alex Frank on bass, Joe Bagg on organ, James King and Scott Gilman on saxophones and Kenny Elliott on drums. The album will be released on the prestigious Decca Records label.
Jeff Goldblum is an American actor and musician. He has starred in some of the highest-grossing films of his time, such as Jurassic Park (1993) and Independence Day (1996), as well as their sequels. Goldblum made his film debut in Death Wish (1974), with early roles in California Split (1974), Nashville (1975) and Annie Hall (1977). He became known for his roles in Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978), The Big Chill (1983) and The Fly (1986). In 1996, he was nominated for a Best Live Action Short Film Oscar for Little Surprises. His career has seen a resurgence with his roles in Wes Anderson's films The Watery Life with Steve Zissou (2004), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) and Isle of Dogs (2018). He is also known for his role as Grandmaster in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Thor: Ragnarok (both 2017) as well as the Disney+ series What If...? (2021). He has also appeared in several television series, including Will & Grace, for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. He has also appeared on Friends, Portlandia, and Inside Amy Schumer. He currently hosts his own series The World According to Jeff Goldblum (2019-present). His jazz band released its first album, The Capitol Studios Sessions, in 2018.
After the triumph of its previous concert in Paris in 2018, the band will be back in the capital for a unique date: Sunday, April 2, 2023 at the Trianon. A Gérard Drouot Productions concert.
