Corporate - Warner Bros. Discovery: Centennial celebrations leading up to the 100th anniversary on April 4, 2023

Fans are invited to celebrate all of Warner Bros. iconic content and characters through a multitude of diverse and exclusive experiences across WBD platforms

The official centennial logo and commemorative video have been unveiled and are available on the official Warner Bros. Centennial Celebration website, which will feature the latest centennial news and upcoming events and activities.

Centennial programming and content highlights include:
- a three-part documentary on the history of Warner Bros. that will air on HBO Max in the second quarter
- marathons and special episodes on all Warner Bros. domestic networks and international channels Discovery
- A full year of classic Warner Bros. films on TCM

Partnerships with various community and advocacy organizations from the LatinX, AAPI, Black Indigenous, LGBTQ and PWD communities to help recruit and identify filmmakers to participate in the short film project paying tribute to some of Warner Bros. most iconic films
Events for fans to interact with the studio's iconic brands, franchises and characters.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release a series of film and television offerings on digital media, Blu-ray and DVD, including four 25-film volumes and a 100-film collection (both with collectibles), complete collections of television series available for the first time and "Best of" compilations of the most beloved WBTV franchises. Throughout the year, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will also release a dozen remastered titles available for the first time in 4K Ultra-High Definition, with titles ranging from the 5-film Superman collection to special 50th anniversary editions of Operation Dragon and The Exorcist.

In territories where the platform has a presence, HBO Max will launch a dedicated program hub in late January with themed and seasonal programming. HBO Max will tap into Warner Bros.' unparalleled catalog of movies and television programs to present customized collections celebrating holidays and cultural events.

From apparel to appliances to cosmetics, and food & beverage brands and companies, Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products is partnering with some of the world's most popular and powerful brands to mark this milestone. Throughout 2023, the company will present several exclusive centennial activations with key partners, including Fisher Price, Mattel, Funko, Spin Master, Amazon, Zara, Uniqlo, Cath Kidston, Hallmark, and many others. In addition, Consumer Products will unveil a collection of original artwork based on iconic WB properties, created by a variety of artists working in various media.

WBD will host several events and attractions to fans around the world throughout the year, including:
- A 100-city Candelight Concert Series, taking fans on a musical journey through 100 years of Warner Bros. in cities around the world including Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Melbourne, Paris, Singapore, Milan, São Paulo and Mexico City
- The TCM Film Festival, to be held in Los Angeles in April, will celebrate the major films and talent of Warner Bros. Pictures;
- Limited-time theatrical screenings of some of the most popular films in Warner Bros. history
- Museum exhibits and commemorative screenings, including with the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences and the Smithsonian Museum of American History
- Activities at Warner Bros. theme parks around the world, including Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Parque Warner Madrid and Warner Bros. Movie Gold Coast Theme Park in Australia, will celebrate the centennial with exclusive merchandise, in-park photo opportunities, special events and entertainment offerings.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, the world's first fan experience of a working film and television studio, will also be on board in spectacular fashion. A special 100th anniversary exhibit will launch as part of the studio tour in February, and later this year the company will relaunch its classic tour and unveil a special tour augmented by a "lunch with a legend." The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2023, will highlight the Centennial with themed attractions and exhibits as part of its inaugural offerings.

Warner Bros. international presence is almost as old as its existence. To highlight the global popularity of the brand, its content, characters and consumer offerings, teams around the world will host centennial-related activities at all of the studio's locations. From a centennial exhibition at the China World Mall in Beijing, to a centennial-themed exhibition during the Beijing International Film Festival, to pop-up channels in Germany, to film exhibitions in Europe, to spin-off products and fashion lines in Australia and Mexico, the Warner Bros. centennial celebration will truly be a global affair.

Finally, since it's not an event if it's not relayed on social media, omni-platform engagement is a major component of the centennial celebration.
