Hotel Transylvania: Transformania is an American computer-animated supernatural adventure film produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation to be released on Amazon Studios. Intended to be the fourth and final installment in the Hotel Transylvania franchise and the sequel to Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation (2018), the film is directed by Jennifer Kluska and Derek Drymon from a screenplay by Amos Vernon, Nunzio Randazzo and Genndy Tartakovsky (who directed the previous three films). The voice cast in the original version includes Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kathryn Hahn, Jim Gaffigan, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon, David Spade, Keegan-Michael Key, Brian Hull, Fran Drescher, Brad Abrell and Asher Blinkoff.

Originally scheduled for a U.S. theatrical release on Oct. 1, 2021, Sony Pictures Releasing has canceled plans to release the film and sold the film's distribution rights to Amazon Studios for $100 million, due to the increase in cases of the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant in the United States. The film will be released exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on January 14, 2022 worldwide, with the exception of China, where Sony will handle the theatrical release.

Hotel Transylvania saga creator Genndy Tartakovsky is both co-writer and executive producer of the final chapter. Selena Gomez also serves as executive producer, while once again lending her voice to Mavis, Dracula's daughter, alongside Andy Samberg who once again takes on the role of Johnny. Directed by Derek Drymon and Jennifer Kluska, the film is produced by Alice Dewey Goldstone, while Tartakovsky, Michelle Murdocca and Selena Gomez are executive producing. The original story is by Genndy Tartakovsky, with a script by Amos Vernon & Nunzio Randazzo and Genndy Tartakovsky.

Synopsis:
Drac and his gang are back, as you've never seen them before! Join your favorite monsters in an all-new adventure where Drac must face the most terrifying trials of his career!
