Movies - Sonic the Hedgehog 2 : the fastest hedgehog in the world is back

In theaters on April 6, 2022, the film directed by Jeff Fowler reveals itself through a poster but especially an explosive first trailer.

It is in the middle of the night that Paramount Pictures unveiled the first trailer of the sequel to the film released in 2020. And the latter had found its audience, bringing in some 320 million dollars at the global box office. Will this sequel do as well? We'll have to wait a few months to find out, as the film, still directed by Jeff Fowler, is still expected to hit theaters on April 6, 2022.

In any case, fans of the franchise will be thrilled to see Sonic once again face his enemy, Doctor Robotnik.
Each will welcome a newcomer to his side to support him: Tails, the two-tailed fox for the blue hedgehog and Knuckles, the anti-hero with the spiky gloves for the infamous Doctor.

And it's the quest for a precious stone that will lead this little world in adventures across the world.

Synopsis
After moving to Green Hills, Sonic feels ready for more freedom. Tom and Maddie agree to leave him home alone while they go on vacation. But no sooner have they left than Dr. Robotnik returns, this time with a new partner, Knuckles. He is looking for an emerald that has the power to build and destroy civilizations. Sonic teams up with his own sidekick, Tails. Together they embark on a journey to find the stone before it falls into the wrong hands.
