In theaters on December 15, Dear Lea reveals itself through a poster and its first trailer.
Directed by Jérôme Bonnell, Chère Léa will bring together on screen a number of well-known talents, including Grégory Montel (revealed by the film L'air de rien in 2012), Grégory Gadebois (César for best male hopeful in 2012 for Angèle et Tony), Anaïs Demoustier (César for Best Actress for Alice et le Maire in 2020) and Léa Drucker (César for Best Actress for Jusqu'à la garde in 2019).
Shot in Paris between August and September 2019, Dear Lea is the seventh feature film by French director Jérôme Bonnell, who also penned the screenplay.
Synopsis
After a drunken night, Jonas decides on a whim to visit his former girlfriend, Léa, with whom he is still in love. Despite their still passionate relationship, Léa rejects him. Distraught, Jonas goes to the café across the street to write her a long letter, thus disrupting his work day and arousing the curiosity of the café owner. The day has just begun...
