Serie - Nine perfect Strangers : A new series with a 5-star cast starting August 18th on Hulu

Produced by the teams of Big Little Lies and The Undoing, Nine Perfect Strangers is an eight-part series adapted from the eponymous New York Times best-selling novel by Australian author Liane Moriarty. The series stars Nicole Kidman, Melissa McCarthy, Tiffany Boone, Bobby Cannavale, Luke Evans, Michael Shannon, Regina Hall, Manny Jacinto, Melvin Gregg, Samara Weaving and Asher Keddie.

Shot in Australia, the series reunites Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy, in their first project together, along with Luke Evans, Tiffany Boone, Bobby Cannavale, Melvin Gregg, Regina Hall, Manny Jacinto, Asher Keddie, Michael Shannon, Grace Van Patten, and Samara Weaving. Adapted from the 2018 novel by Liane Moriarty, the Australian author of Big Little Lies, the drama series Nine Perfect Strangers, starring Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy, will be directed and executive produced by Jonathan Levine and released exclusively on Amazon Prime Video outside the U.S. and China later this year.

Nine Perfect Strangers is produced by the team behind Big Little Lies - winner of eight Emmy Awards and four Golden Globes - and the Golden Globe-nominated The Undoing, Nicole Kidman's Blossom Films, Bruna Papandrea's Made Up Stories and David E Kelley. Directed and produced by Jonathan Levine, distributed by Endeavor Content, the eight-episode series will be available to Prime Video members worldwide.

Synopsis:
At a health and wellness center that promises healing and transformation, nine stressed-out city dwellers attempt to resume a healthier lifestyle. The 10-day retreat is overseen by center director Masha (Kidman) who is determined to revive the tired minds and bodies of her clients. These nine strangers have no idea what to expect.
