Festivals - FCAD 2021 : Discover the first five titles announced

This year in Deauville, we will be able to see all the American cinema, since in addition to the competition, independent cinema and documentaries, five event films will be presented. Tom McCarthy's Stillwater, a thriller shot in the streets of Marseille, will open the festival. Also on the program are Paul Schrader's The Card Counter, an intense film noir about redemption; Sean Penn's Flag Day, a heartfelt ode to a father trying to patch things up with his daughter; and Brad Furman's City of Lies, starring Johnny Depp as the police detective who investigated the murder of rapper The Notorious B.I.G. in the 1990s. And a highly anticipated surprise film will be released for movie lovers.
