PAW Patrol: The Movie is an upcoming Canadian computer-animated film based on the television series PAW Patrol. The film is produced by Spin Master, the toy company behind the original series, with animation provided by Mikros Image. It is directed by Cal Brunker, from a screenplay by Billy Frolick, Brunker and Bob Barlen, and produced by Jennifer Dodge.

It is the first of several films produced under the Spin Master Entertainment banner and the first film adaptation of the PAW Patrol series. The film follows Ryder and the pups who are called to Adventure City to save it from the evil Mayor Humdinger before he destroys the bustling metropolis. The voice cast includes Kingsley Marshall, Keegan Hedley, Shayle Simons, Lilly Bartlam, and Ron Pardo reprising their respective PAW Patrol roles, while they are joined by newcomers Iain Armitage, Marsai Martin, Yara Shahidi, Kim Kardashian, Randall Park, Dax Shepard, Tyler Perry, Jimmy Kimmel, and Will Brisbin in his first acting role. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in the United Kingdom on August 9, 2021 and in United States on August 20, 2021, by Paramount Pictures. It will also be available to stream on Paramount+ on the same day it releases in theaters at no additional cost to subscribers.In May 2021, it was announced that Heitor Pereira will compose the score for the film. He previously collaborated with the director Cal Brunker in The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature. On June 2, 2021, it was confirmed that Adam Levine will perform a new song written for the film titled Good Mood that was also used in the trailer.

In July 2021, Paramount Pictures UK and Ireland announced that the film would be released in UK and Irish theaters on August 9, 2021 at the same time. The UK partners including Spin Master, Crayola, VTech, Sambro, Play by Play and other ViacomCBS Consumer Products have signed to promote the PAW Patrol: The Movie. On April 26, 2021, it was announced that Jakks Pacific and Disguise acquired the new rights as the toy and costume partner based on the film. The Halloween costumes and accessories from Disguise will be available online, at retailers and Halloween specialty stores will also be available this fall 2021. On June 30, 2021, Mattel has its licensing agreement rights to create a selection of items under its Mega Bloks and Uno brands which includes more than 10 products featuring the characters from the film. The line of products will be available in fall 2021. On June 10, 2021, a video game based on the film was announced, titled PAW Patrol: Adventure City Calls. Developed by Drakhar Studio and also published by Outright Games, it will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows on August 13, 2021. A series of books based on the film was published on July 13, 2021. A line of action figures and toys collection by Spin Master will be released on August 1, 2021 after July 15th presale.

Synopsis :
The Patrol goes on a mission for its first big adventure in the cinema! Nearby, their biggest rival, Mr. Hellinger, becomes the mayor of Adventureville and starts to stir up trouble. It's up to Ryder and the intrepid dogs of the Pat' Patrol to jump into action to stop him. As one of our heroes confronts his past in this new town, the team finds a new ally: Liberty, a smart and energetic dachshund. Equipped with new gadgets and new equipment, the Pat' Patrol will fly to the rescue of the citizens of Adventureville. No mission is too hard because the Pat' Patrol is on top of it!
