The Night House is an American psychological horror film directed by David Bruckner, and written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski. The cast includes Rebecca Hall, Sarah Goldberg, Evan Jonigkeit, Stacy Martin and Vondie Curtis-Hall. The film had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 24, 2020. It is scheduled for release on July 16, 2021 by Searchlight Pictures in the United States and July 14, 2021 in France.

The Night House tells the harrowing story of a young widow who discovers the disturbing secrets of her recently deceased husband. Rebecca Hall (Godzilla vs. Kong, Vicky Cristina Barcelona) plays this character whose bearings will gradually collapse, surrounded by Sarah Goldberg (The Report, the Barry series), Evan Jonigkeit (X-men: Days of Future Past, The Empty Man), Stacy Martin (All the Money in the World, The Snake series) and Vondie Curtis Hall (Romeo + Juliet, the Daredevil series)

Synopsis :
Reeling from the unexpected death of her husband, Beth (Rebecca Hall) is left alone in the lakeside home he built for her. She tries as best she can to keep together—but then the dreams come. Disturbing visions of a presence in the house call to her, beckoning with a ghostly allure, but the harsh light of day washes away any proof of a haunting. Against the advice of her friends, she begins digging into his belongings, yearning for answers. What she finds are secrets both strange and terrible and a mystery she's determined to resolve.
