Cerermony - Cesar 2021 : The Revelations 2021

The Revelations Committee of the Académie des César, entirely renewed this year and composed of 20 casting directors, met this Friday, November 27 to establish the list of Revelations 2021. At the end of the deliberations, 12 actors were chosen by the Committee.

As every year, these 24 emerging talents of French cinema will be honored in the weeks leading up to the announcement of the 2021 César Nominations through the Revelations Project, supported by CHANEL, Official Partner of the Académie des César. The 2021 Revelations will be brought together in a short film directed this year by Yolande Zauberman, awarded in 2020 by the César for Best Documentary Film for "M".

Her work will be unveiled at the Revelations Evening, which should take place in January 2021. Because of COVID-19, it will be adapted in order to continue to offer this moment of sharing and transmission to the celebrated talents accompanied by their godmothers and godfathers, and this, in the greatest respect of the sanitary measures that will be applied in January.

The film and all the portraits made by Yolande Zauberman will be made available to all media and movie theaters so that the general public can discover them. Maison CHANEL supports the Revelations project but also all the Academy's activities in the promotion, recognition and discovery of talent.
