Maha Tissot is Franco-Lebanese and has lived in several countries. Graduated in law and political science, with a postgraduate degree in information and communication, she has worked for more than twenty years as a
Adviser to international and state organizations (European Commission, UNESCO, Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg). About ten years ago, she decided to live her passion for writing and creation, a step that led her to journalism and then to the writing of original screenplays.

One of the techniques put forward in this excellent manual is the creation of an inspirational painting (cutting, collage of inspiring images and speaking words). This book thus offers tips and techniques to avoid the impression of being subjected to events or being immobile like the period we have just gone through, such as getting out of a routine, stimulating our brain with new things. In the same way, as this author says so well, we must trust ourselves and not let ourselves be parasitized by external messages, desires and lives that are not our own. She also adds that one must remain focused on one's goal. Everyone is unique; one must stop comparing oneself and not define oneself in relation to others. We are sitting on our own richness, we must change the way we look at ourselves in order to reveal ourselves.
