On May 29, 2024, the Forum des Images at the Forum des Halles in Paris hosted an exclusive evening for the private premiere of the highly anticipated Becoming Karl Lagerfeld series, organized by Club Allociné. Guests were treated to a screening of the first two episodes of this avant-garde series, followed by a Q&A session with the series' principal actors and creators. In attendance were Daniel Brühl, Théodore Pellerin, Arnaud Valois, director Jerome Salle and showrunner Isaure Pisani Ferry. The series, soon to air on Disney+ from June 7, 2024, plunges us into the fascinating world of 70s fashion.

Created by Isaure Pisani-Ferry, Jennifer Have and Raphaëlle Bacqué, this French production traces the rise of Karl Lagerfeld in the world of Parisian haute couture. Daniel Brühl, known for his roles in Nothing New in the West and Captain America: Civil War, plays Karl Lagerfeld, while Théodore Pellerin plays Jacques de Bascher, the sultry young dandy and Lagerfeld's lover.
