For the long-awaited Christmas of 2023, the famous comedy duo Jeff Panacloc and Jean-Marc take the big screen by storm, after triumphing on Zenith stages and winning over nearly 10 million TV viewers with their televised shows. Jeff Panacloc, the former electrician turned ventriloquist, takes his first steps on the silver screen, offering his fans a delirious adventure while exploring the origins of this irresistible pair.

Our media team was present at the preview screening, which took place at Gaumont Disney Village, bringing together a crowd of enthusiastic Jean-Marc fans, including our reporting team. Jeff Panacloc's story begins at the age of 18, when he meets French ventriloquist David Michel in a Parisian cabaret. This encounter marked a decisive turning point, prompting Damien to immerse himself in the art of ventriloquism. In 2009, having become Jeff Panacloc, he presented his first show, Jeff Panacloc et Jean-Marc, at the Théâtre du Temple. Jean-Marc, the mischievous puppet, delivers biting, politically incorrect lines, building up a dedicated fan club, "Team Trouduc".

Their success continued with forays into music, notably with the singles J'suis quand même beau in 2014 and J'temmerde in 2015, performed with brio on Patrick Sébastien's show, Fête de la musique, du soleil et des tubes on France 2.

The film Jeff Panacloc - in pursuit of Jean-Marc plunges us into a crazy story. Jeff, a calm, candid man, crosses paths with Jean-Marc, a stuffed monkey escaped from a military base, with a surprising peculiarity: he's alive. This unexpected encounter catapults our protagonists into a wild adventure of chases, laughter and zany situations, promising a unique and hilarious show.

Directed by Pierre-François Martin-Laval and produced by a team of professionals including Thierry Desmichelle, Ségolène Dupont, Eric Geay, Rémi Jimenez and Daniel Tordjman, the film stars Jeff Panacloc, Jean-Marc and Nicolas Marié. Cinematography is by Vincent Richard, with editing by Reynald Bertrand. Distributed by SND in France, the official release is scheduled for December 20, 2023, offering audiences a 90-minute session of laughter.
