Joe Quinones is an American comic book artist and illustrator known for his work on various comic book series for major publishers such as DC Comics, Marvel Comics, and Dark Horse Comics. He is perhaps best known for his work on the series Dial H for DC Comics and America Chavez for Marvel Comics.

Joe Quinones is known for his distinctive style, which blends elements of classic comic book art with contemporary design sensibilities. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1982 and developed an interest in comics at a young age, inspired by the work of artists such as Jack Kirby and Frank Miller.

Quinones began his professional career in the mid-2000s, working on titles for independent publishers such as SLG Publishing and Oni Press. He gained wider recognition for his work on the DC Comics series Wednesday Comics in 2009, where he illustrated the Green Lantern strip.

Quinones continued to work for DC Comics on titles such as Batman '66 and Harley Quinn: Black + White + Red, as well as for Marvel Comics on Howard the Duck and America Chavez. He also worked on Dial H for DC Comics, a critically acclaimed series that showcased his versatile style and storytelling abilities.
